Mike always goes beyond everything to help you. We recently moved my dad from Cheshire to London due to Covid-19, and Mike organised removing and reinstalling the stair lift efficiently, safely and in good time. He came to dismantle and service a day in advance of the removal men, then brought it down to London early on the move day in time to meet the removal guys to make sure that there was no accidental damage while the furniture was brought in and up the stairs. He stayed the whole day until they had finished so that he could complete the installation and test. We will continue to book Mike for the annual services of the stair lift, and have already made a date for next summer! His expertise and kindness, and his attention to us as a customer was faultless and fabulous
